They yes there was two of them showed up one of them on the work they somewhat got it working however, we were told because our TV is not smart enough. It will not work correctly so apparently we have to buy a more expensive smart TV to make our entertainment system work, right? I have used Geek SQUAD in the past, and the last time the tech was very very good.

Matt set up my HP printer with WiFi. It is perfect, he is very knowledgable. He explained everything that he was doing. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

The geek squad is a most have if your have lots of electronics at the house from Best Buy.

He trouble shooted the problem with the Tv but it still is doing the same routine

Nathanael Roberts was the most complete geek squad agent I have ever worked with. This guy knew his stuff and made sure I had enough internet speed to fully work the Samsung smart fridge I bought. I enjoy the refrigerator so much more because he taught me how to use it!

sound cord to TV and speakers need to be replace, waiting for cord to be replace ! presently I'm using my old cord.

The Geek installed my new speakers quickly and got the sound just right. I no longer have to use sub titles to understand the dialog.
