    I have used the Geek Squad for installations, service, and trouble shooting many times. I am never disappointed. The techs are always prompt, courteous, neat and clean, and, above all, knowledgeable. They solve problems and are happy to give instructions and answers to any questions.

    I had to set this up in order to talk to somebody from the United States. You can't talk to anyone at the store without going to the store.

    Geek squad came to our house a second time to reach us how to use our remote. Our remote was totally messed up, and we couldn't use it. Now it works and they showed us how to use it. The remote had to be programmed and they did it.

    Geek Squad.....Ryan is an excellent tech person. He called & showed up early. Fixed every thing for us with no problem and explained everything so we could understand what he did. We are very satisfied with the outcome. We would recommend Ryan to any one.
