    Samsung screen defect

    The two gentlemen were professional and replaced my 65” Samsung screen in a half hour. They did a fabulous job. Very satisfied.

    Trial Found the Error

    The problem: moving document from PC to Smart TV. Was working, then stopped. Left laptop with precinct. After a few days, problem still not corrected. Noted that the HDMI connector was faulty. PC provider, ASUS, had same opinion. However, after several attempts at alternatives, I uninstalled the graphics driver and re-installed it, and all works perfectly.

    The Geek Squad persisted and after several attempts they finally discerned that there was a problem with the software in my new SONY 9 series TV. The SMART connection to all of the steaming apps now works correctly.

    We had a problem with sound not working on our TV. Our technician worked quickly to resolve and then brought the tv up to current with firmware updates.

    Set up HP printer to WiFi!

    Matt set up my HP printer with WiFi. It is perfect, he is very knowledgable. He explained everything that he was doing. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.
