    Very professional and knowledgeable. No additional charges. Mike, Grapevine store mgr. is first rate. He called me several times and kept me updated on appts. Up and beyond service from geek squad and Mike the store manager.

    The clarity of the Sony is beautiful. However, since the screen is wide, the people look heavier on most channels. Also, I have no idea how to use the two sites that are free. Was told I had a sleep control which doesn't seem to work, & was told the remote should light up, which it doesn't. Will have to call Geek squad & have someone else come & correct things.
