The clarity of the Sony is beautiful. However, since the screen is wide, the people look heavier on most channels. Also, I have no idea how to use the two sites that are free. Was told I had a sleep control which doesn't seem to work, & was told the remote should light up, which it doesn't. Will have to call Geek squad & have someone else come & correct things.

The agent was prompt to the schedule. he is a good communicator. he was respectful. Unfortunately he was unable to figure out the issue and we ended up with the same "workaround" that I had figured out.
I think that if this had been a pc issue he would have donw well.

Scheduled a repair appointment for a 55" Sony TV that we had purchased in 2021 from Best Buy. On the day Geek Squad was to come, the technician called and advised us that it "probably wasn't worth it" to try and fix it - we "should probably just buy a new one". When asked if the repair would cost more than the approximate $1,500.00 to replace it, she told me that it would probably just break again and offered to refund our prepayment to have them come out. I finally just agreed and canceled the appointment. I won't be purchasing from Best Buy again.
