    Needed a new computer because the old one was 6 years old and was really slow. Haven't been using it long but this computer is fast and efficient. Wish it would have been a little cheaper.

    The service rep was very efficient and courteous. He did correct the problem with Apple TV but the problem with our Harmony remote control specifically in calling up LIST is not working. Bummer.

    Love our new Samsung Smart TV and Sound Bar. Love the fact that they have integrated the Xfinity app into the SmartHub and I don't need a cable box or any wires. Just power. And the Geek Squad did a Great job of wall mounting it all. Very clean. Love it.

    Geek Squad is the best!! They can always fix the problem. Quickly and cheerfully! All the remotes are so confusing and we always need help. So glad we have the Total Tech Support!
