    Greek Squad is awesome !!!!! It was determined my tv needs to be replaced (7+ yrs old). I will be shopping for a new tv in the near future.

    I was having trouble with the harmony elite remote not always turning on/off all of the connected devices. Ken, from geek squad, re-positioned some of the devices and changed a couple of settings on the remote. Everything is now functioning properly.

    Edger setup the TV table stand and setup my new smart TV. He did a great job getting programing done and explained everything! I felt good and not stupid with all the technology.

    Daniel and Aaron do a great job. Didn't know I could stream TV service without a Roku stick. Want to return the Roku sticks.

    Shanewas a lifesaver! He installed a fire stick and got my tv working. But I had questions a few days later and am not sure who or where to call.since he also got me to sign up for tech support
