    EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED ON MY 2 TVs TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS…. THEY WROTE OUT MY INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW ON ACCESSING NETFLIX …. I’VE HAD A MASSIVE STROKE WITH MEMORY PROBLEMS SO THEY WENT SLOWLY AND LEFT ME NOTES TO FOLLOW…. THEY ARE TRUE ANGELS AND HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY…. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GEEK SQUAD ADMINISTERS SHOULD RECOGNIZE THEIR PERFORMANCE….. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES

    These geeks rock. Knowledgeable, available and very professional. Helped me set up my elderly parents new entertainment center and even took the time to help them learn how to use it. Treated us like family.

    The agent, Anthony, come to fix several issues we had with both of our individual top computers. He was very professional, and was able to identify & resolve the problem. Anthony did an excellent job explaining everything.

    Everett was quick to find out what was wrong with my cameras and the solar charger and he was quick to fix the issue. I appreciated his explaining the issue for me so I can fix it myself if the issue happens again.

    Justin and Lee did a great job! They relocated our Apple TV box and ran a cable to the digital receiver in a closet. They also were very good with our dog!

    The agents hung two televisions, a sound bar, and made sure I knew how to use the remotes for which service. I had some issues and they came back to help me.

    Original Geek Squad setup

    The Geek Squad came and set up the New Sony 65 inch which required insertion of the shorter dimension leg configuration. Even they had a challenge to lift it and set the legs in the right place. I could never have done it myself. Further, there are limited to no understandable instructions that the uninitiated would understand. The Geek Squad set up the key features and help facilitate getting it set up. They showed me largely how to use it but the learning curve is only accomplished by spending a lot of time navigating around on it so patience is needed. Overall, definitely better with Geek Squad support.

    Best Buy Geek Squad personal are always nice. The two employees fixed my sound problem with no trouble, I am really thankful for Best Buy having such polite and knowledgeable people on their staff. I always talk highly for your service . When you are old and it is a relief that you have this service

    I was having issues with my new tv/ sound system..the guy that they sent knew exactly what to do and fixed it!! I love the Geek squad..it would take me hours to do what they do in 3 minutes...Thank you for always being there

    I’ve had a few hiccups along the way and Rolo and Zach handled it quickly and professionally from the start. Zach told me he was going to send a technician that is very professional and excellent at what he does and he wasn’t kidding! Jeremy went above and beyond to explain everything and installed my first TV perfect then returned to redo an install that could have been complicated, with ease and left my room spotless. I hope Best Buy’s GM is aware of the talent on many levels he has in this three guys. Rolo, Zach and Jeremy. Zach answered calls during hurricane IAN while on a ladder in Fort Myers for my schedule! Jeremy… his daughter was in the ER while he was working! That goes beyond anything any employer would ever expect and most times receive from their employees! I commend their work ethics and hope they will be rewarded in some way as that’s not the norm.
