    Geek squad fixed my universal remote

    Ryan once again came to my rescue. Couldn’t get the tv remote to work He went over it a few times, let me write down instructions etc. great service!!!!

    Yamaha RX-v685 firmware update

    Best Buy Doesn’t Care about Loyal Customer

    Yes I paid $999 dollars for a 5 year warranty I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer 15 years now. They did nothing to my tv said they were coming back yet no response.
