This visit was cancelled as the problem was found to be with the internet system in the Senior Retirement facility where we live.

The agent did a great job walking me through the issues I was having & everything turned out fine.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the geek squad. From installing my latest Samsung TV and sound bar to returning several times to make adjustments and ultimately installing a better quality Samsung sound bar.

The agent, Issac Moore, knew exactly my speaker issue and fixed it immediately No more problems. He is very thorough. So respectful.

Could not replicate my issue with the universal tv controller when techs where present but the shoes me how to use the help app to resolve power on issues.

This review pertains more to the Original installation which has led to a few problems with Harmony, cabling, turntable. I have since had two shelves reduced in depth to allow room for the mass of cabling in the back The recent sales call was to remove the turntable to have a minor problem resolved. That gentleman was very good and should receive 5 stars.

Overall I find most of the tech helpful, except Trey in the Spring Valley store in Columbia SC

Agent installed a new moitor, and got the keyboard and mouse to work propely.

This is a rating for the service I received this time. This was a redo. I wish I would have the guy the first time.
