This review pertains more to the Original installation which has led to a few problems with Harmony, cabling, turntable. I have since had two shelves reduced in depth to allow room for the mass of cabling in the back The recent sales call was to remove the turntable to have a minor problem resolved. That gentleman was very good and should receive 5 stars.

The Geek Squad Team ( Bear & Shiloh) that came out to my home did a fantastic job in diagnosing the problem with my television. They are an asset to your company. I will definitely use Geek Squad in the future if any problem should come up.

The agents were great, the problem was the delay in service. When I bought the tv the lead time was three days. When I needed service it was two weeks. Had no living room tv and just had minor, but painful surgery which required several days recovery. A tv would have been nice. As it turned out, the remote needed to be reprogrammed, less than 15 minutes

During the service, more issues were identified. The wiring is wrong for the hiehgt speakers and surround sound spearker for over a year. I have not heard back when the next service will be scheduled and how will I get compensated for over one year of no center channel speaker access, one year of no subwoofer access and now wiring is also wrong.

Installed mini pods; adjusted Ring; installed special device to link hearing aids with TV. Explained how to manage devices. A very kind and patient tech!!
