    A geek squad Squad member installed two new speakers to my sound system. A ladder was needed as the speakers were up high. The job was performed quickly and with no problems.

    The agent was prompt to the schedule. he is a good communicator. he was respectful. Unfortunately he was unable to figure out the issue and we ended up with the same "workaround" that I had figured out. I think that if this had been a pc issue he would have donw well.
