    The crew was on time, very neat. Mounted speaker to tv, on the wall, tested and adjusted. Very neat and clean. Highly recommend geek squad.

    So far we have had a tech out to set up new TV, Receiver and new remote. Then we had another tech come out to replace my router and both were very professional and great customer service. I wish I had tried service sooner!

    Trouble with smart TV for 6+ months.

    First solution was to replace remote. Didn't solve problem. Geek Squad came out and disabled Bixby which solved one problem but now I have no microphone ability and it didn't solve other problem. On top of that was charged $49 for something they could have had me try over the phone during one of my multiple calls. The tech seemed competent and was friendly and he had no choice but to collect fee. Tv under warranty and I paid for total tech support and wasn't told about charge in advance.

    The agents were super!! Very helpful and explained answers to my questions and lack of knowledge on my part. They also wore the booties because of the new carpets.

    Agent connected my new TV to all relevant devices. He took the time to answer questions and helped with some special purpose set-ups. He was excellent, first rate!
