    Very professional and knowledgeable. No additional charges. Mike, Grapevine store mgr. is first rate. He called me several times and kept me updated on appts. Up and beyond service from geek squad and Mike the store manager.

    But they need to bring own equipment, only once was a ladder brought need equipment to do your job what happens if customer doesn't have one? Job gets cancelled
