This appointment was made as a result of having to reschedule due to an error on the part of the Best Buy employee overseas who scheduled me for the wrong service. The technician who came out, Donavon Taylor, was fantastic and did an excellent job troubleshooting my home theater system.

The agent connected my tv to the internet and set it up but had to call for tech support because the brand tv was not listed for the set up. We could not understand the tech support female due to extreme accent. She hung up on us and was very rude!

I had to have geek squad come out a second time. They did an amazing job it went above and beyond my expectation. They painted the wall where the first team scratched and they even touched up some there is around the house with the leftover paint. Thank you this is great customer service.

I have been using Best Buy Tech Support Geek Squad service for many years. They always do a great job and are exceptionaly priced especially from being a Total Tech member. They navigated my hometheatre service perfectly.

My Geek Squad person was great to work with, arrived on time, super knowledgeable on all my questions with great recommendations for next steps--and I would love for him to help me with future installation. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is that I was so eager to consider a follow-up purchase and it took awhile to finally receive the promised recommended links to the product I was interested in. I'm guessing he must have just had a busy schedule--so there's grace! :)

Came to the house, assessed our issue, and responded. Unfortunately we were told our equipment was not compatible with the TV.

Everything went well. The guys were on time and very polite and patient with my elderly Mom Very much appreciated . I’ll be buying a new tv soon and will use the Geek Squad for set up

On time and quiet knowledgeable! Didn’t waste time to figure out what needed to be done. Didn’t waste our time upon completion by lingering about to tell “war stories”. Will definitely call on Geek Squad when in need of true professionals

The agent address my issues by dismanging the bundle of wires on the back and routed them to the correct components. He made suggestions for the future and corrected the sound and operation of my entertainment center.

young people were a little impatient. I didn't see the note to prepare for their visit so I didn't have the remote ready. I was pleased that they knew what they were doing. I am 82 so a little overwhelmed with current technology.

The Geek Squad came and set up the New Sony 65 inch which required insertion of the shorter dimension leg configuration. Even they had a challenge to lift it and set the legs in the right place. I could never have done it myself. Further, there are limited to no understandable instructions that the uninitiated would understand. The Geek Squad set up the key features and help facilitate getting it set up. They showed me largely how to use it but the learning curve is only accomplished by spending a lot of time navigating around on it so patience is needed. Overall, definitely better with Geek Squad support.

The Geek Squad was great! He came in go the deal on what we were having trouble with. Look at the TV found a major issue and helped us deal with Sony to get it resolved

Our in home agents were Erik G and Erik M and they were both excellent, professional, above and beyond. We had two TVs here: one needed connect to wifi the other had a glitch setting so streaming service quit working. Both FIXED perfectly!

Antione & Chris made a Geek Squad service call to my house to trouble shoot new remote and Roku fire stick I recently purchased. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s device like this that will keep my Total Tech membership active. I was quite pleased!!

The Geek Squad agent was extremely polite, effective and went out of his way to make helpful suggestions. Our LG Tv is up and running smoothly and all our issues have been resolved.

He did a great job. Explained the problems and made sure we understood how to operate the system.

The chili is great, but I am having a problem come to find out however, that my apps need work and that it’s a problem from the factory. The picture has been great and I’m sure they’ll figure this out

Purchased a new laptop. Needed the Geeks to transfer all of my stuff. I’ve had it two weeks now and it appears that everything I asked to be moved is here. They completed this work in a day, and I was able to pick it up, check to be sure my most important data and software had been transferred, and get home quickly for a meeting. It’s all good so far.

The agents were on time and pleasant. They reset my television, reprogrammed my remote, and calibrated my sound system. I messed it all up and they fixed it pronto! They also tutored me on how to fix it if I break it again lol!
