    Original Geek Squad setup

    The Geek Squad came and set up the New Sony 65 inch which required insertion of the shorter dimension leg configuration. Even they had a challenge to lift it and set the legs in the right place. I could never have done it myself. Further, there are limited to no understandable instructions that the uninitiated would understand. The Geek Squad set up the key features and help facilitate getting it set up. They showed me largely how to use it but the learning curve is only accomplished by spending a lot of time navigating around on it so patience is needed. Overall, definitely better with Geek Squad support.

    These geeks rock. Knowledgeable, available and very professional. Helped me set up my elderly parents new entertainment center and even took the time to help them learn how to use it. Treated us like family.

    The serviceman showed up on time, completed the job efficiently, explained everything as he went, and answered all our questions & concerns. Before departing, he ensured all three TV's were working properly. Definitely a five-star service!

    Everett was quick to find out what was wrong with my cameras and the solar charger and he was quick to fix the issue. I appreciated his explaining the issue for me so I can fix it myself if the issue happens again.

    The agent, Anthony, come to fix several issues we had with both of our individual top computers. He was very professional, and was able to identify & resolve the problem. Anthony did an excellent job explaining everything.

    Did a great job determining problem caused by AT&T technician. Only negative was that the original appt was changed without our knowledge and getting through to someone at the store was nearly impossible. Once we reached someone she was rude and unapologetic. Fortunately the tech who came out was Great!!! He made up for all the negatives.

    My Geek Squad person was great to work with, arrived on time, super knowledgeable on all my questions with great recommendations for next steps--and I would love for him to help me with future installation. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is that I was so eager to consider a follow-up purchase and it took awhile to finally receive the promised recommended links to the product I was interested in. I'm guessing he must have just had a busy schedule--so there's grace! :)

    Following new floor install, TV sound system did not work. Call for assistance discovered system was incorrectly reinstalled by flooring installers. Agent discovered problem and fixed it in minimal timing. Much appreciated!

    The Geek Squad associate was able to determine the problem with my soundbar and explained thoroughly how it worked. He was very knowledgeable and imparted info I never knew about the capabilities of my soundbar. I had a control I never knew was so vital to the operation of my soundbar until it was demonstrated by him. I have never ever gained so much info. It made me proud to be a Geek Squad member. I don't remember his name but he was at our home on Sunday Dec 24, 2023. He was very professional and proficient. Don't take this the wrong way. Other Geek Squad associates have been very helpful and informative but this guy tops the list.

    Fantastic Job. The tech Michael was incredibly thorough troubleshooting the issues with my Sonos system, identify and solve the problem. I just renewed my annualGeek Squad subscription it's well worth it.

    Explained and managed expectations on TV. Was expecting to have Google Plus automatically installed. Seems the Samsung TV does not support Google TV. I absolutely love the Geeksquad service and quality of work.

    I was having issues with my new tv/ sound system..the guy that they sent knew exactly what to do and fixed it!! I love the Geek squad..it would take me hours to do what they do in 3 minutes...Thank you for always being there

    Had a real tough issue with getting my soundbar and tv to work together, It took a few trues but the Geek Squad member was able to get the issue resolved. Only a skilled pro could have gotten it done. And he did.
