    All was good when they left but has been a problem after about 2 weeks with connection to speakers in house. Have had the techs out 2 times and still a problem. They say they are going to replace my sonos amp but don't know when as it is back ordered. VERY FRUSTATING! They should Problems with Sonos amphave replaced amp sooner as it was not working after 1st tech came out.

    I made an appointment to have a Bose bass module repaired but when I went to the store the agent said that the Geek Squard was not authorized to work on Bose equipment. Eventually I sent the unit to Bose, and it was repaired. s

    Tech took care of helping to trouble shoot Arlo POE and complete installation. He also addressed issues with my Ring doorbell. All for $50 since I am a Tech Support member. He even confirmed my TV calibration was done well.
