    I was having trouble connecting to my apps. Had no Netflix or Amazon Prime. The Geeks who came were both so knowledgeable and efficient. It didn’t take them long to determine the problem and fix it. This makes me very happy that I bought my TV at Best Buy.

    The agents disassembled my original equipment and installed recently purchased projector and all related components , including Amplifier, DVD Player , and Apple TV . System is up and running and working fine.

    Jeff added a device to my Remote Control system. He then tested the remote control for the newly added device and the other devices in the Home Theater to make sure all worked. Great job!

    This was a replacement for a TV that started having trouble after four years of service. They made the change with out any problems. I enjoy the new TV since it has a great picture and good sound.

    This was not a "Home Theater Troubleshooting Service." I had a 3-year replacement plan on a printer and when it went out, BB wouldn't replace it until the Geeks came to my house and verified that it wasn't my network. They were here about 10 minutes - said nothing wrong with network. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I had to wait about 2 weeks before they could get to me. Fortunately, I had a back-up printer. They did not suggest bringing it in (I would have) but from the chat encounter, I got the impression they thought it was a network problem.

    The young woman agent was very knowledgeable and fixed the connection problem with my smart TV. She updated the program which made the TV work better. She did a great job .

    the agent set up my new fire tv cube with my home theater. Unfortunately I didn't know all the questions to ask and I am still having issues because I have q harmony remote which is now obsolete

    Geek Squad came to see if the expensive Sony TV i purchased in February 2021 could be brought back to life. It died about a month ago. It was determined that would be to expensive to repair. At least I wasn't charged for the visit.

    They fixed my TV because I couldn't get it to work. But with there AMAZING Touch! WHA LA!!!! Awesome for the things they do and make sure my surround sound is at its best because of them!!!

    Geek squad agent was knowledgeable - fixed the problem (no audio on smart TV) and showed me how to fix in the future. That said, surprised I was charged for the visit, as this was the third time the Geek Squad has been at my home to fix the same issue.

    Shaq did an astounding troubleshooting job. He was very thorough, and although we did not succeed in in pairing my Sub-Woofer, he helped me discover the sub-woofer I bout was not compatible to my current soundbar. Great job!

    Jon fixed my tv when my streaming services would not work. I kept getting a message that my tv wasn’t connected to the internet. He was able to resolve the issue.

    Check up for an intermittent functioning sound bar

    I took the sound bar into the shop but the personnel thought the problem could be better evaluated connected to my TV. The technician came to my home, went through a exhaustive check and suggested a work around for my problem. Great service
