The agent diagnosed the problem with tv quickly. His diagnosis provided the means for me to utilize my extended warranty and a replacement tv.

Paying $100 for a tech to troubleshoot a problem on top of the annual membership fee is a rip off in my opinion. We had problems with a Samsung TV that would not hook in with our Spectrum remote. The Geek Squad sent one guy even though we told customer service this was a tv larger than 55 years inch. So, he was not allowed to take the TV off the wall. He blamed the remote not syncing with the tv on Spectrum (which could be true) but said the problem could be bypassed by using a different input on the back of the tv. Said he would put in a service call so that two reps would come out to take tv off the wall. Nobody followed up with us. It's been a month.

I dropped Direct TV to YouTube TV and now I use it.

He was wonderful. He identified what was best for us and did it. He installed our tv without a problem!!!

The 2 gentleman set up my new sound system quickly and even found some awful wiring from the previous installation from a different company. They set up both zones and now I can enjoy my speakers perfectly.
