    After fighting the cable company and the Internet and streaming video providers I gave up and called the Geek Squad. In less than 30 minutes the technician had my new Best Buy Samsung TV doing everything we wanted it to.

    It is worth every cent to pay for the GeekSquad warranty services. Electronics are tricky. You never know if something has issues. Geek Squad came to my home and evaluated my issues and continue to work with the problem to fix or replace.

    Simple service of connecting one wire to back of tv way too expensive for what it was. Tech would not help with connection of apple tv that was also needed. Have had to hire someone else to take care of the apple tv connection issue.
