    Geek Squad troubleshooting my system

    I had issues connecting my new TV to my audio system. Geek Squad sent a very knowledgeable agent out to troubleshoot. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to solve my problem. Thanks Qeek Squad, I'm able to enjoy my system now!

    Wad having trouble with T V not shutting off and had to leave it on 24 hours until he arrived ,4 days later . He had the problem solved within a few minutes . HURRAY !

    Geek squad sets up tv on wifi

    Luke was phenemonal, explaining what he was doing. He set up our tv, connecting it to our new wifi provider. He also gave us a remote when we didn't have one. He provided excellent customer service.

    Tech guys were prompt, friendly, and (most importantly) very knowledgeable about the problem my tv was having. It took a week and a half for parts, but totally solved the problem. Thanks Geek Squad!!!

    Noel set our Sony 55" TV up and did a wonderful job. In fact, he called the following day to see if everything was working correctly. That's unheard of customer service!!!!

    My Samsung tv presented problems for me: I could not advance to voice setting as I had been able to the first year I had the tv. The service person remedied the problem and suggested I update the router. This gentleman "knew his stuff." I was totally impressed with his work, but I did have to speak to six or seven people in customer service, almost all of whom were not able to be of much help. I sense language is the main barrier, but they had me going in circles with their continuous procedure of putting me on hold (often for 12+ minutes) and then not getting me to someone capable of understanding the problem.

    Geek squad set up new router and Apple TV

    Agents set up new router and programmed Apple TV..They did an excellent job and were very neat. Very happy with the results and this experience means that my tv and other purchases will be made at Best Buy. Total tech is great. Thank you.

    My TV had not been working right. The technicians fixed my TV from start to finish. They also updated everything. The TV has been working 100% now. They were very pleasant.

    The Geek Squad came out did some trouble shooting to a system I had just purchased and was not responding properly. After double checking everything, they made a few adjustments and the system worked great.

    The tech had a mask,glovrs,booties,goggles. Service performed quickly, fixed the problem with my fire stick. Wiped down all touched surfaces as he left, including the door knob. would have liked an explanation of what caused the problem. Will use again.

    What a scam. I bought an expensive surround sound system along with a 75" TV. I couldn't get the surround speakers to work at anything above a very low volume. Two guys came out and did obvious things like check the connections. I asked them how they get training on so many different manufacturers and products, and they said they don't; they try to figure it out. They ended up telling me that's just how my system is supposed to work. The "new" systems play a very low volume from the speakers- like a crowd in the background at a football game. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They said that was it, and they left. I was playing around with the TV yesterday and found out how to direct the audio output to the surround system. Now it actually has sound! What a rip-off the Geek Squad is!
