    I made appointment almost a month in advance. Husband died and I needed help with 3 TVs and many remotes. Gave a full description of what was needed when I made the initial call. Got call when tech 35 minutes from my home. Surprised at what all I needed to have done. Person who logged call put in “troubleshooting.” He said with all I needed done he could not do in the 1 hour allotted to my service. With help of a visiting relative, work was done in an hour. When tech left he said if we had any problems to give him a call. Left number and his working hours. Called 5 days later with a couple of questions, just questions, not necessarily something that would require another visit to the house. Left 2 messages at 2 different times. Never did receive a call back. Very disappointing experience.
