The 3 tech guys that installed our TV were great! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and performed in a friendly manner.
We had a problem with the delivery date but Tech JD and Salesman David C immediately got the problem resolved.

After buying many cables to attach the monitor to my computer, we brought all of the cables, the monitor and the computer over to Best Buy for The Geek Squad to take a look. It took the Geek Squad personnel 10 minutes to fix the problem which was that the cables were not correct for that combination.

Shaq did an astounding troubleshooting job. He was very thorough, and although we did not succeed in in pairing my Sub-Woofer, he helped me discover the sub-woofer I bout was not compatible to my current soundbar. Great job!

My Samsung tv presented problems for me: I could not advance to voice setting as I had been able to the first year I had the tv. The service person remedied the problem and suggested I update the router.
This gentleman "knew his stuff."
I was totally impressed with his work, but I did have to speak to six or seven people in customer service, almost all of whom were not able to be of much help. I sense language is the main barrier, but they had me going in circles with their continuous procedure of putting me on hold (often for 12+ minutes) and then not getting me to someone capable of understanding the problem.

I was having trouble connecting to my apps. Had no Netflix or Amazon Prime. The Geeks who came were both so knowledgeable and efficient. It didn’t take them long to determine the problem and fix it.
This makes me very happy that I bought my TV at Best Buy.

I am saddened by the untimely death on an American legend-namely Best Buy customer service, I purchased a TV-and Geek Squad delivered a crushed box television. I didn't open it-thought it would be better for the to see how the TV was delivered, I called and said I wanted an exchange. Today Geek Squad PICKED UP the TV and informed me they did not have a TV on their order. I called customer service- the language barrier was awful. I have invested over 15 hours (12 hours in waiting for the delivery) only to have Best Buy tell me they would not give me a discount for my TV, nor could they honor the sale price of my original purchase. They were conciliatory about it being their fault -from the refund, and how much time I had to take off work to wait for the TV, and the 2 hours spent with CS. They never took responsibility for the box being crushed when it arrived. ( I have the pics to prove it).They wanted to resolve the issue by offering me a discount on a item AFTER I purchased the TV. I'm saddened by the poor quality of business practiced by Best Buy.

The agent came to my home to determine why one of my security camera's was not working. He quickly tested my solar panel and battery and was able to determine the cause of my problem. This allowed me to submit to my security company what needed to be done and they took care of the problem at no charge.

Jeff served us exceptionally well!! All our issues were professionally dealt with and our TV and surround sound system are working very well! He addressed our TV, our surround sound, and our DirecTV system to assure that all were well syncronized. Jeff also patiently answered all our questions.
