    Check up for an intermittent functioning sound bar

    I took the sound bar into the shop but the personnel thought the problem could be better evaluated connected to my TV. The technician came to my home, went through a exhaustive check and suggested a work around for my problem. Great service

    The technician was very diligent, trying to fix my issue and when he was finished, he helped me pick out a new one which I will purchase from Best Buy as soon as it’s on sale

    Helpful Agent - Surprised by the Cost

    Geek squad agent was knowledgeable - fixed the problem (no audio on smart TV) and showed me how to fix in the future. That said, surprised I was charged for the visit, as this was the third time the Geek Squad has been at my home to fix the same issue.

    Noel set our Sony 55" TV up and did a wonderful job. In fact, he called the following day to see if everything was working correctly. That's unheard of customer service!!!!

    Tech guys were prompt, friendly, and (most importantly) very knowledgeable about the problem my tv was having. It took a week and a half for parts, but totally solved the problem. Thanks Geek Squad!!!

    My Samsung tv presented problems for me: I could not advance to voice setting as I had been able to the first year I had the tv. The service person remedied the problem and suggested I update the router. This gentleman "knew his stuff." I was totally impressed with his work, but I did have to speak to six or seven people in customer service, almost all of whom were not able to be of much help. I sense language is the main barrier, but they had me going in circles with their continuous procedure of putting me on hold (often for 12+ minutes) and then not getting me to someone capable of understanding the problem.

    My TV had not been working right. The technicians fixed my TV from start to finish. They also updated everything. The TV has been working 100% now. They were very pleasant.

    Purchased a new laptop. Needed the Geeks to transfer all of my stuff. I’ve had it two weeks now and it appears that everything I asked to be moved is here. They completed this work in a day, and I was able to pick it up, check to be sure my most important data and software had been transferred, and get home quickly for a meeting. It’s all good so far.

    The Geek Squad came out did some trouble shooting to a system I had just purchased and was not responding properly. After double checking everything, they made a few adjustments and the system worked great.

    The agents troubleshooted and reconnected my home theater remotes. Also, checked out my computer and provided potential solutions to speed up the system. Jason and associate did a great job. I will be calling Jason soon for additional Geek Squad work.
