Geek Squad got the Sound back on my TV but .....

They sold me a contract and scheduled me for service several days out. When the Geek Squad arrived, They told me they had a lot of calls to make and they were very pleasant but in a hurry. I asked them to get the sound back on the TV and they did and also asked them to make sure the other devices were working. They were not after they left andI had to wait for my son to fix the rest when he returned from vacation.

repaired voice, video syc in a few steps

Had problem on the 75" syncing voice with video. They repaired or adjusted quickly.
