Appt was incorrectly set up

When arrived and looked at the issue i was told it was incorrectly scheduled and he didn't have adequate time. He did call his boss and was allowed to stay longer but I thought the whole appointment was rushed. This was not the Tech's fault.

Needed to reconnect the TV

Stereo up & running!!

Geek Squad unable to resolve my problem

The problem with that resolution is the the problem wasn’t present previously with the same and slower speeds. And I still have the problem. The geek squad team was very professional
