    Ian was amazing. He installed our TV, made sure it was connected to everything properly, set up the game system that came with it, got the remotes working and put everything back as it was. A true professional.

    the sound was not working on our surround sound through the receiver for the TV. He was able to get it working properly and also showed us how to add channels to our Harmony remote.

    The agents were able to assume the problem was resolved by connecting their cell phone and concluding my internet connection was to slow. The problem with that resolution is the the problem wasn’t present previously with the same and slower speeds. And I still have the problem. The geek squad team was very professional

    The Geek Squad Technician intergrsted Amazon Alexa, Sonos and Bose 123 entertainment system. He then explained how I use the Alexa App on my iPhone 6 to play music on all three systems. It was great.
