    The Geek Squad Management did an excellent job in hiring the Technicians that came to our home to help us. We are in our mid-seventies and have worked with computers and other electronics during our professional careers. However, technology has far surpassed our capabilities. All the Geek Squad representatives have been quite knowledgeable, professional, respectable, well trained and met our needs in a timely manner. Congratulations on your team of representatives.

    The technician was able to connect my streaming service to my smart tv in a matter of minutes. I had no idea that the tower had dials to manipulate in order to make the connection.

    The guys came to help us get the most out of our new sound bar we purchased as it wasn't the quality or sound we heard at the store. The TV is a bit older so making a new sound bar was a bit tricky.

    Geek Squad Fixed my printer and computer

    The Geek Squad specialist examined my printer and determined that the problem was actually with the computer. He fixed the problem and showed me how to fix it myself, should it happen again.

    agent came in changed plug position in rear tv ,sound bar said sound bar problem. had no sound. yesterday 9/1/2025 I relocated rear plug to another position sound bar now working . All that after i was refused credit to purchase new sound bar . strange the way it all worked out. some one looking out Just saying.

    The tech had a mask,glovrs,booties,goggles. Service performed quickly, fixed the problem with my fire stick. Wiped down all touched surfaces as he left, including the door knob. would have liked an explanation of what caused the problem. Will use again.

    The gentleman was in my home for less than five minutes. He took a look under the hood, punched the button on the remote three times and it was repaired. Got top love to folks at Geek Squad!

    Agent arrived early, set up new DVD player and ran an update on TV. We had had sudden power outages that caused some problems. All was fixed in good order.

    The agent who came out helped me with my little cluster of a mess and also corrected an issue with my universal remote. Everything seems to be working quite well now, even a little bit better than when it was first installed.
