    The squad showed me how to control volume on my surround sound outdoor speakers. They did not provide the cord cutting service because our modem was not adequate to provide proper reception. They did say they would cancel that part of the order and to date that has not been done. Can we receive a refund of $49.99 because the cord cutting service was not performed?
