They resolved all my issues they and installs my surroundsound and reconnected all my wires in a timely manner. Good job very nice personalities.

I've always bought my electronics from Best Buy for many years. I've never been unhappy on how any of the employees that work for the Geek squad. They are willing to answer any questions or issues that I may have. I was hoping that when they came to fix my sound bar that the green line that is on my TV would be so ethi g we could fix. I was upset to learn that it could not be fixed. He was pleasant and genuinely sorry that he could not fix it. My LG is less than 3 years old. I'm sorry that Best Buy did not contact me that I could have bought an extended warranty.

Geek Squard on-line was unable to correct the problerm we were experiencing and recommended we go to a local Best Buy locaton for assistance. We had to go to a location further than the nearest store to get an appointment on the same day. The agent at this location was able to assist us and explain what had happened and remediated the problerm. Very satisfied with the results of this appointment and with Geek Squad.

Geek Squad reconnected my DVD player (had no sound previously) and connected two streaming channels. This was done successfully and the agent took the time to fully explain what he was doing and helping two older adults (82 years old) with significant technology deficits.

The techs (Jacob & Juan) removed our old microwave and installed the new one. They were efficient, competent, pleasant and did a great job in a short time.
