    The Geek Squad Agents came here very quickly, as I thought my 70" TV was needing repair. They were so very clean, courteous, could not possibly be more personable or friendly! They checked my TV with my remote and said that there was nothing wrong with my television that it simply had a new interface look and they both chuckled. As it turned out, I did not require a service call. Then the best news of all they informed me that I would not be charged for the visit since no repairs on my TV were required. They are very knowledgeable and up to date on everything new.

    Will was a great help installing our door bell. He was understanding and able to explain how to use it. He programed the phone so it will work each time there is someone at the door. I will use him again for future installment items.

    They set up my remote to use only one for my smart tv and cable tv and it all works. I did have a question and called but I got no answer. My cable box does not stay on over night.

    Timely appointment with friendly technician who went right to work to do my install. He explained how to use each function and handed me the remote to ensure that I understood.

    I’ve had issues with my sound system getting it to work correctly with my TV. Each time I called a rep would come out, get it working and within a day or two the TV which switch it back to the tv sound. Today two Geek Squad members came out and reset the whole system and it’s now working correctly. I’m so thankful that I bought the Total Membership when I purchased all my appliances, new TV and the new sound system. All the techs I’ve had out have been extremely helpful and nice.

    Larry helped us get the dvd working. We needed 3 hdmi connections but the tv had only 2. Our amp had 3 hdmi connections and Larry showed us how to use them

    Yamaha Receiver Repair

    My Zone 2 outdoor channel on my Yamaha receiver stopped working. I thought that I'd need a new receiver but the techs that came out were able to access the receiver's internal service menu, show it on my TV and reset it so it worked. Successful visit.

    When you send a knowledgeable employee it make your customers very happy. He was excellent. Now the previous person who came on November 5th was terrible. If he knew what he was doing I wouldn't need this follow-up appointment today.
