Another Great Geek Squad Experience

Why it wasn’t a five star experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The in-home technician was professional, diagnosed the issue, resolved it quickly and was very pleasant. The only reason the review isn’t rated five star has nothing to do with that technician. When I phoned the Geek Squad they were unable to troubleshoot my problem and scheduled an in-home technician. The solution to our issue was a simple reboot by disconnecting the cord, waiting 15 seconds and reconnecting. So I pay for a service that only succeeded in sending me a repair technician which I then paid for in top of the annual fee. Didn’t feel this was a great deal for me. Will have to rethink my annual membership.

LG Flat Screen TV

I can watch my 4k movies!

It turned out to be a incorrectly connected cable. I never would have figured it out on my own.

Outstanding service with Total Tech membership

Scheduled an appointment and when contacted by technician he was able to walk us through the process to fix it over the phone. We agreed no tech on-site was needed and the appointment was cancelled. Great job and as a Total Tech member we truly value the services of the Geek Squad on all of our electronics - as they will service all electronics even those not purchased at Best Buy.

Wonderful Sevice!

But had issues with making things all work together. The agent came out went back and researched the issue brought back the correct devices that would work. Everything was up and running in minutes. They are worth the money!

Geek Squad restored my Sonos surround sound

Set up isn’t they tell you in the store.

If it wasn’t, the door would not open all the way and would hit the corner of my counter which may cause damage. I was told the geek setup squad would ensure I was satisfied before they left. First refrigerator came damaged took two days to get completely cold. Door did not swing the correct direction. Second delivery, inside was dirty, skuff marks on the shelves inside. Door still did not swing the correct direction. Delivery drivers for both deliveries did not want to correct the door issue and were very rude when I asked about it. I have read other reviews in which they did all I was requesting. I don’t understand why they couldn’t do something as simple for them as if switching the door hinges to the other side or even ensuring cleanliness and that the product wasn’t damaged.
