    your agent did an excellent job straightening out our use of the many remotes. Unfortunately he was not able to give me a concise written description of how Totaltech works. Except for a glossy advertisement I have nothing but my own notes. For example, since your visit I have had a need to call Totaltech. and did not know what number to dial. So I used your usual 1-800-BEST.. number. Your company answered with "hello, Charles" and thanked me for being a Totaltech member. Nice job but you had not told me this was the only number I would need.

    Connected my speakers to my TV

    I had been trying to connect my new tv to my speakers for a couple of weeks. The agents were able to connect my speakers to my TV very quickly and efficiently.

    They did a great job installing a new surround sound receiver to our speakers, TV, Blue Ray, Cable, VCR and Turntable. They also installed Dolby Atmos speakers in the ceiling and programmed all devices with one remote.

    I was impressed that the Geek Squad agent reached out to us the day before our scheduled service call to insure he understood the scope of our problem. While at our house he thoroughly investigated the software of the TV set to determine the problem. He spent all the the time with us that we needed to understand what the issue with the TV set was and what was his fix. I would welcome this young man to help us any time he wants.

    After trying to resolve some problems with our new big screen TV, I requested a Geek Squad visit. The technician and his assistant arrived on-time, assessed the problems and provided training on how to fix them if they reoccur. The TV is wonderful but not a simple task to learn all the bells and whistles. Also, the online product guidebook I referred to had incorrect information, and several product reviews for that company website attested to the same. I appreciate Best Buy's home service and the technician's knowledgable and courteous assistance. Five Stars.

    Geek squad pinpointed the issue we were having with the tv flickering. It turns out that the Hisense TV only flickered when we switched to the input of the Old Directv Box. No flickering on any of the apps pre-installed on the Hisense TV and no flickering with Xfinity cable box. Geeksquad swapped cable of Xfinity and Directv and symptoms remained, flickering only occurs when choosing any input that the Old DirectV box was plugged into. Remove Directv and all flickering stops. We have to reach out to Directv to get an updated cable/dish box.

    Outstanding service with Total Tech membership

    Called Geek Squad because we were having problems with out home theather audio. Scheduled an appointment and when contacted by technician he was able to walk us through the process to fix it over the phone. We agreed no tech on-site was needed and the appointment was cancelled. Great job and as a Total Tech member we truly value the services of the Geek Squad on all of our electronics - as they will service all electronics even those not purchased at Best Buy.

    Horrible customer service. I have tried to resolve an issue with a TV returned to Best Buy after a Home Delivery. The TV was too large for the space so I returned it to their store in Eatontown NJ. The store accepted the TV back but would not provide a refund as the TV was "still being delivered". i was promised that the order would be refunded within 24 hours. when this didnt happen i called back and was told that i have to return to the store to get any action. i live 7 hours away and had reurned to my home. i spoke to at least 25 telephone and on line agents. often my calls were dropped and none helped me. this is an organization that is completely incompetent.

    Our TV developed a problem where we couldn't get sound on our Amazon Prime or Netflix. Our Geek Squad team returned a number of times - not because of unsatisfactory work on their part but due to faulty new equipment. They continued troubleshooting until everything works properly. I recommend them.

    Best Geek Squad service ever!!! Darion and Gabe fixed problem with both sub-woofers, got both infra-red remotes working, provided instructions on how to best utilize TV and Theater equipment, got X-finity streaming box working and how to use, recommend purchase of equipment such as X8URC remote for better theater room experience. Dorian and Gabe consistently exceede my customer service expectations. They displayed creative thinking, conscentiousness and diligence in correcting my technical issues. They demonstrated a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Needless to say I will request their services in the future by name. Waiting for their availability is worth it!

    Love the upgrades that Denon has done to its receivers. My 15 year old Denon finally died and Lawerence suggested the modern version. Soooo much easier to use and already comes Bluetooth ready. Love it

    The agent helped me with a problem reaching a company who is monitoring my credit accounts due to me having confidential information in my medical files hacked. I had lost my password so could not access my file. Due to his help I now was able to change my password.
