Geek Squad Support

When we first bought into the program it was a much better buy and you could buy support for up to three years at a special price.Now it is for only for a year at a time. Our first in house call took three weeks to get on the schedule and have them come. We have since used them a couple of times to get help over the phone and all went well. Recently I needed help to get help with download new security coverage for phones and computers. To get help from the distributor I waited for over an hour and a half at different times, so I turned to GS. This time I was connected to someone overseas who had no idea what they were doing. Think twice about how badly you need outside tech. support.
