Nice guys, but no dice

However, after they left, later that same evening the remote(s) did not work as the agents said they would. So we have been just figuring it out as we go.

The guy that won’t take back returns!!

I have to take it back..I went into Best Buy and they did a pickup for me..because I ordered a different tv. Hope the same guy does not come out tommarow to install it.
