Geek Squad located problem quickly

They also fixed our remote that had a hiccup. As always these agents are among the Geek Squad Stars. Professional and knowledgeable as one would expect. Good job!!

My agent for the stove and dryer - Joe - is amazing! His professionalism and trouble shooting skills resolved both our issues. He’s my guy!!!

Geek Squad install my Receiver quickly

Geek Squad to the rescue!

She took the time to explain what happened and had me verify I could run the aps and they worked. She also took the time to answer several of my questions about capabilities of my new television and what I wanted it to do. As a senior, with limited tech capabilities, she made me feel comfortable asking questions and told me to never hesitate to call them if I needed help. My Smart TV is no longer smarter than me. I am actually able to utilize all my aps that I pay for and not be scaredI will mess up .

Some of Best Buys BEST Geek Squad Techs are Women!

Excellent interaction and information as the tech demo-ed two different models of Bose Home theater system surround sound speakers that went with my Bose sound bar and sub-woofer. Added significantly to the set ups delivery and overall performance, giving theater quality sound!! I was very pleased with the service. TY Best Buy!!

Fine Tuning Today's A/V Receivers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 9 speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound setup and was having trouble fine tuning the system. It takes hours trying different media in the system. In order to get the correct sound output you need to access the many different internal settings that today's AV Receivers have. It is impossible for the Total Tech Support team to do all of this that is required in playing so many different media sources. What they were able to do is show me where these settings were located and how to make any changes.

Worth It

Best Buy and Geek Squad are the first names I think of when I need anything from office supplies to electronics, to kitchen appliances. They provide an affordable and an invaluable service to the community. I highly recommend them.

Solving reception issues

Geek squad helped me to get reconnected to my tv.

Geek squad pointed out the problem .... cable box.

They disconnected the sound bar and had us watch closely for a repeat of the problem. Conclusion: I need to unplug the cable box and swap it for a new one at one of Cox's retail stores. Shortly after they left, we discovered that the batteries in the remote control were showing replace, so we did that. We're watching it closely now when we watch television.

Geek Squad Provides Great service

IVeiwing was continuously stopped so I could clear space in storage. Geek Sauad installed a USB stick for extra storage and that ended the buffering problem. As a courtecy, they also got the video on my ring doorbell going again. They also checked the router installed Geek Squad last time they were here to be certain it was operating properly. Geek Squad has made 2 service calls to my house and provided excellent service both times!
