    Restored my faith in Best Buy!! Excellent interaction and information as the tech demo-ed two different models of Bose Home theater system surround sound speakers that went with my Bose sound bar and sub-woofer. Added significantly to the set ups delivery and overall performance, giving theater quality sound!! I was very pleased with the service. TY Best Buy!!

    Our Geek Squad representative listened to our concerns and tackled them all. Not only did he demonstrate how to use the equipment that we had trouble with; he took time before leaving to review as we took the controls. His clarity was much appreciated. He also corrected a small installation error.

    The technician reviewed the Surround sound set up. Made some changes and it was working well for a fee weeks. However it has quit working again.

    Geek Squad restored my Sonos surround sound

    The agents reattached my rear speakers and subwoofer to my Sonos system and reactivated my internet on a TV. They were expert and extremely polite. Great guys!

    The geek Squad came. They were friendly and solved the problem. I have surround sound with lots of wires. It was not working and the Geek Squad fixed it. I am very grateful. I am glad that I have this service.

    Bree listened and then fixed the issues we had, while explaining what she was doing. She was also able to tweak some things on our TV, which made the picture much better. She was great.

    My saga about buying a new TV & sound bar is a long one. I purchased both on Oct, 4 & they did not work properly until Dec. 28th. The picture & sound were out of sync for that long. I made& received many calls to & from Best Buy & a few techs from the Geel Squad came to my house to fix. But nothing worked until Lee Hopper, Field Mgr (ASM) of the Phoenix Metro Area called, listened to my problems. I’m sure there’s a thick file on me in the system. Lee sent Andrew Wing, tech Agent to my house & he really understood, saw & heard it problems & fixed it. One issue remained but he’d given me his phone number & he returned the following day & totally FIXED everything, Give these 2 men a promotion, a raise, a bonus & a bunch of stock!!
