Media room and house sound system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.John, the technician who came to the house was very good, spending a good deal of time evaluating the system in our home. We discussed a plan that required an equip/component person to come to our home to recommend a replacement of a failed component and further equipment to improve our systems. Someone from Best Buy was suppose to call and schedule. Have not heard from anyone, except to discuss a whole new system purchase, which seems overkill until we get a service person to evaluate things and make purchase recommendations. Not what I was expecting from a Geek Squad service contract I paid for.

They were unable to repair my TV

Problem still exists, Harmany won't turn on TV.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Guys were great and everything seemed to work until next day when I tried to turn on the TV. Before the Harmony was not turning on the Spectrum box which it does now but now the TV won't come on at the same time. I have to turn it on and of a few times to make it work. Sorry I just have not been home or had time to call Ken back. Thanks Jim

Net Gear Router

Well after 3 hours on the phone and then having Your Geek Squad come to my home it's up and working fine. It was NOT simple and very costly.
