    Geek squad phone supports is a joke

    Poor experience there’s little to no help calling the geek squad line, my smart tv remote broke down even if you have a warranty that does not cover the remote even tho the smart tvs from Samsung only have one physical button so you end with a tv that changes channel and volume no smart apps, if you are lucky, you will receive a generic remote that don’t have smart functionalities so you are on your luck, for the amount of trips they made me take to the store you are better off finding a used remote from Amazon, I received multiple answers to however I called, one even told me that I need to go to the store and demand a smart remote, because geeksquad only send generic ones made from china. Don’t bother call them better off getting support somewhere else or go directly to the store or get a tv somewhere else or just go to the store that’s where the real helpful guys are. Or just stay away from warranties from here it’s just a pain makes you wonder why would anyone become a member if they 24/7 over the phone is so inefficient and non knowledgeable, and once you call them enough times they just send you technicians that will tell you the same thing that you been telling the representative over the phone, what a joke.
