    1-30-24 was just a phone call to get some guidance on what to do about a sound bar that no longer had any sound & to set up an appt for the Geek Squad to come out & test it. It was a horrible experience! I couldn’t understand the guy & he could not help me besides being very rude. I requested his supervisor. He just said he’s going to tell you the samething. I said I still wanted to speak to him. He also was not helpful so asked for the headquarter’s customer service #. He gave that to me & I ended up calling headquarters customer service where I finally got a guy that not only was very nice but spoke English & he was able to help me. Your Total membership is a joke! You get no special assistance & you end up getting the same ignorant agents that a non Total customer would. When I finally got a Geek Squad person to come out on Feb 3rd he called when near my house, was very polite, was very knowledgeable & made suggestions on new equipment which I did end up purchasing. One of the items I ordered was missing 2 parts so ended up having to take it back for a refund. I will no longer be purchasing from Best Buy nor will I renew my Total membership. You have changed the benefits of that program & it’s no longer worth the money. Best Buy has gone so far down in service & quality it’s no longer worth my time or money!

    Fixed surround sound in a few minutes and removed CD player from entertainment center and disposed of it.

    When I called for service, I wasn't told someone was only coming to look at the problem and repair it. Took 2 weeks from the to get the repair done and would not gave happened had I not continued to call for status. The person that did do the repair, did a great job and everything is back to right.
