GEEKS DISAPPOINT!

Poor follow up and poor customer service.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two Geek Squad techs trouble shot the problem but I have been left hanging since.They determined that the quick connect box had to be the issue and after not hearings response about finding a replacement box I came to the store and Timothy Pleasant assured me I would hear from someone about the needed connector box. I have yet to hear from anyone so you have dropped the ball after purchasing a $180 Tech Support program and being charged for $49 trouble shoot visit. What can I say. Your follow up and customer service is not what you profess to provide.
