    After 2 visits our issue has been resolved for now. The first technician they sent made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem and ordered an unnecessary replacing of the main circuit board. The 2 technicians sent about 2 weeks later where in and out in 10 minutes and merely connected an adapter. This is not the first time it has required more than 1 visit as many of these technicians do not really know what they are doing.
