Geek squad install sound system

Sonos connection with extra speaker

I should not have to go to Iphone and add the speaker each time I turn on TV or music. Speaker and Sonos are not connecting. Geek Squad thought it was Cox internet connection, which I was having trouble with, but not any more and the connection is still not right and needs to be turned on with my phone. Should have been set up properly when I got the extra speaker. Geek quad doesn't seem to know what to do.

Geek Squad is okay

The first technician they sent made an incorrect diagnosis of the problem and ordered an unnecessary replacing of the main circuit board. The 2 technicians sent about 2 weeks later where in and out in 10 minutes and merely connected an adapter. This is not the first time it has required more than 1 visit as many of these technicians do not really know what they are doing.
