Great service, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Not just out to hit and run, but really takes their time to help out in the best way for you.

I actually didn't have my TV mounted by the BB agent. I went in a different direction. A family put up the wall mount and attached the TV. However, I have taken full advantage over a cost of time by using The Geek Squad & Total Tech when needed. When my 60" LG 4K TV started acting up, I was more than happy to have already had the service at my finget tips... Don't sleep on the importance of Protection for your items! You can't go wrong by keeping this service going.

Problem was resolved quickly. Somehow my settings got changed. My TV has a voice remote control, but had started talking to me thru every single step of what I was doing with TV and it read everything that was showing. It was driving me insane, especially when it talked to me during the night when TV was OFF! It was freaky, but the technician knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly! :D

The technician went above and beyond. He was thorough and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The agent connected my sound bar correctly to my tv without any problem. Only took 10 minutes.

the technician was very helpful. not only did he fix the problem with the disconnection between the sound bar and the tv, he also showed me how to fix in the future.

He was very knowledgeable, and pin-pointed all our "problems" within a short period of time. Fixed and showed us how to navigate the systems, and we haven't had any problems since!

The Agent Victor was very professional, He arrived early, and paired my soundbar. My Soundbar was not working due to power outage. He immediately got it working in no time.

The Geek Squad serviceman was so efficient and knowledgable when repairing my TV. He explained the process and shared info that was so helpful.

We reboot our Spectrum recorder and the problem was resolved.

Geek squad is the best. Ive had mounted speakers for at least 10 years. Just had a t.v mounted with a receiver and all works great. Very knowledgeable people!!

The two young men were very helpful and I appreciated them. Unfortunately of my problems could not be addressed by them.

On a terribke weather day, Gilbert showed up at our home on time. After fixing our printer. He also got our downstairs TV to work. Great customer service

Agents Carter, Jeff and Miles came to trouble shoot our Nest security system. We could no longer see the images from our two Nest doorbells. They not only fixed this problem, but answered many other questions about this Nest system and an anticipated future purchase and installation of a new state of the art television. All three oof these agents were knowledgeable, personable and courteous. They each deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

The agent got my tv back online, I think, and showed me what to do next time “No Signal” showed up. It is working great now.

Although the Geek Squad couldn’t fix the TV-could be foxes but you could buy a tv for the same price. They seemed knowledgeable and answered questions about another tv we may purchase. They were personable and got to work immediately.

on the 4th visit the "fixers" easily found the problem that was missed on the other visits---a damaged cord and the TV was fine--- cord replaced and all works fine
