    As a Best Buy Member, my frustration has escalated over the last 30 + days as I continue to face challenges with getting repairs done on my Samsung. The most disheartening aspect is the lack of communication and follow-up. Luis conducted a diagnostic assessment and identified the issue as the main board. He assured me he would send over the details regarding the parts cost and labor via text and he precisely did that. In response, I communicated my agreement stating "okay"and expressing my readiness to proceed. Following that, communication abruptly ceased. Despite my attempts to follow up through text to confirm the receipt of my message and inquire about the status of ordered parts, there was no response. I took the initiative to call and left a message yet received no reply. After a week passed without any communication, I reached out to Best Buy once more to seek an update. During this interaction, I spoke with a young lady name May, who assured me that I would receive a status update in the upcoming days. However, as of January 7th, I have yet to hear from anyone, adding to my growing frustration!

    Our Savant hasn’t been updated. Is it possible to keep straight what Best Buy does, what the Geek Squad does, what Magnolia Services does, it seems like you should have a united Front against solving problems instead of me, calling up somebody in the Philippines talking to him for an hour and getting no results.

    Part ordered; TV part received by BEST BUY. Call received from GEEK SQUAD TECH and told part in store, nobody knows where. Sounds like BEST BUY has an internal reveipt and accountability problem which is out of the control of the TECH. BEST BUY needs to set up an internal tracking and accountability system. Part cost the company money. Problem you have is this cost is passed onto the consumer. Is this a management problem? As a customer Tv still not right, I’m not impressed.
