    he went in the back of t.v. and pushed some buttons, didn't really say what was wrong with t.v. but told me to ask for diagnostics if it acted up again...

    Part ordered; TV part received by BEST BUY. Call received from GEEK SQUAD TECH and told part in store, nobody knows where. Sounds like BEST BUY has an internal reveipt and accountability problem which is out of the control of the TECH. BEST BUY needs to set up an internal tracking and accountability system. Part cost the company money. Problem you have is this cost is passed onto the consumer. Is this a management problem? As a customer Tv still not right, I’m not impressed.

    Disappointed by the purchase of the products bought!! Bogus connection to the unit and it disconnects by simply touching it and tech said you just need to check connection when you don’t get sound.
