    The agent did a factory reset on my receiver, but now the sound/audio is not working properly. I’ve reached out to the agent, but haven’t heard back yet.

    I wanted an ethernet cable to run from my modem to my cable box, but the service rep did not schedule an install, instead, they scheduled a troubleshoot. four weeks later still no installation.

    I asked them to fix the input jumping all over when starting first thing in the morning one of my tv's on roku It would take me at least 5 minutes every morning to get it going They told me that it was a problem with the tv and they couldn't fix it because it was 40 " & I would have to take it into the store. I am 84 years old. When I employed a handyman he fixed it by upgraded it by pushing a button. I am not happy with the Geeks

    GS replaced external speaker transformer

    The Geek Squad successfully replaced a dead external tv speaker transformer, but inadvertently unplugged the Sony TV's transformer which led a no-picture mystery that took lots of time to figure out by the home owner.

    I paid for two visits. Got one. Sonos was hooked up OK. the rest was not. Have no clue how to record something, and I also had to go get a new TV for upstairs. I hooked that up myself. I think I should get credit for one Geek Squad call.

    tech that came was great and agreed I had an issue and he tried to adjust the settings and said i would need to have a repair tech come out. I heard nothing else from GS until I submitted a dissatisfied survey then I got a voice mail from SHAWNA at GS and when I returned a call to her I had to leave a voice mail and I have not heard from her and this was on 3/16 and 3/21 and have not heard back so needless to say I will not be renewing my GS tech contract
