GS replaced external speaker transformer

Getting frustrated

Inadequate Service

Although I was able to schedule a reasonable alternative appointment, once I arrived, the Geek Squad told me it was unauthorized thus unable to do any work at all for my phone issue. Why did no one tell me about this before the first appointment then forcing my bad experiences of this wasted time and disgust?
