    Wasn't told anything different than i already new, was told they had to come look anyway. Don't think total tech is worth the money!

    We had some problems with our new sound system for the tv. Our Customer Service Call to Troubleshoot was satisfactory. After being on hold for what seemed like hours, they were unable to hekp us and we had to make a trip to the store.

    This is 10 months since they put in my nest program a little late for survey they did a great job but I have called a few times to have someone come out to check doorbell no one never came so not satisfied with my warranty won’t renew it money wasted on warranty

    Geek squad did the installations and did a great job. In store sales do a very poor job. Long wait time to get help. Staff not knowledgeable and not courteous.

    Wouldn’t set my surround speakers, while he was at

    The agent would not open and help me set my Bose 700 surround speaker that I bought at Best Buy. He did troubleshoot my home theater. Now I have to set another appointment, he could have done it while he helped me with the surround system. The open box speakers didn’t come with the special screw driver that I need to set it up . Very disappointed.
