Geek Squad installed sound bar

Geek Squad Was Useless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service tech came to my home to replace a broken HDMI cable and when I explained the problem he said that all he could do is take pictures of the TV installation but couldn’t help me with replacing the HDMI cable. He didn’t know how to reach the cable and called his supervisor. I had to go into the attic to take more pictures for him and his supervisor and when I asked him about the HDMI cable that needed to be replaced to the Sonos Amp he told me that there isn’t any HDMI cable that connects to the amp and I was mistaken. I sent him a picture of the Sonos amp with the HDMI cable which proved that he didn’t know that piece of equipment but he didn’t respond. I ended up replacing the HDMI cable myself and fixed the problem.

PROBLEMS WITH LG SOUND BAR FOR AWHILE NOW
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service on my TV worked fine yesterday when John was here but today Nov 5 I HAVE NO SOUND AGAIN AND I'M VERY UPSET THAT I WILL HAVE NO TV UNTIL NOV 11. I SAID I NEEDED ANOTHER SOUND BAR AND I DO BELIEVE THAT IS THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU PEOPLE FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING I HAVE HAD SERVICED UNTIL I NEED A BIGGER SCREEN TV AND SOUND BAR AND I'M GETTING VERY UPSET THAT I WON'T HAVE A TV WITH SOUND FOR ANOTHER WEEK AGAIN. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND DONE ASAP BECAUSE MY PATIENCE IS RUNNING OUT AND THIS IS THE ONLY ENJOYMENT I HAVE THESE DAYS AND I'M NOT A HAPPY PERSON. I KNOW I'M NOT YOUR ONLY CUSTOMER BUT I HAVE CONTACTED YOU PEOPLE MANY TIMES AND HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE IN GETTING WHAT I NEEDED. I WANT MY SOUND BAR REPLACED OR FIXED IF POSSIBLE. SOMEONE ELSE PROBABLY RETURNED IT BECAUSE THEY HAD TROUBLE WITH IT AND I'M SURE IT WAS PUT BACK ON THE SHELF AND I'M THE FOOL WHO GOT IT AND HAVING THE SAME TROUBLE THE PERSON BEFORE ME HAD. LIKE I SAID, I WANT MY TV FIXED ASAP SO THAT I CAN ENJOY MY PROGRAMS. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH PROBLEMS LIKE THIS BEFORE WITH YOU PEOPLE. I RECOMMEND TO MANY BUT HAVE I MADE A MISTAKE IN DOING THAT FOR YOU??????????? I SURE HOPE NOT.
