    The visit and the repair at the time was very good. However, less than a week later, all stopped working properly, AGAIN.

    It was a wasted trip. Said he didn’t have his laptop to check or troubleshoot Harmony remote. I have a hue bulb not working properly. Still waiting to hear back.

    Geek Squad Disappointment

    Tech didn’t want to do the scheduled work. Wanted to charge an additional $59 for the service call for the speaker set up. Told me I could do it myself, when I objected to the additional fee. Geek Squad has always been very responsive in past calls for various installations. Best Buy did refund the cost of the service based on my complaint, which was warranted.

    Bosch refrigerator.

    Installation was about 60% complete. Had to complete taking the refrigerator apart to be able to use it.

    Although the techs sent out were fine, we completely missed the boat. I was advised by two techs that I needed a new universal remote. I've called several times to ask for guidance on what remote to buy with no response. Also, it's crazy that you expect people to be available for a 12 hour window?

    Turned in laptop and it was not fixed for the intended issue which was not documented. When returned the 2nd person who helped us made sure it had the issue correctly.
