However the speaker did not cut out while they were here, so they couldn’t assess the problem. Told me to return the speaker but when we called totaltech they said we couldn’t.

Sound bar/tv check up

The sound bar is still acting up the same way!

Total Tech is Totally Not Worth It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This visit was a continued attempt for Best Buy Total Tech Geek Squad to connect my Best Buy purchase Xbox x series, my Best Buy purchased OLED LG TV, and my Best Buy purchased Yamaha amplifier into a home theater setup. Previous BBTTGS attempts had failed. This attempt failed as well. The tech suggested that I take my Xbox Xand my 77 in OLED TV into the store for them to look at. Is this what you should expect from Best Buy Total Tech?? I guess so.

VERY Dissapointed!

He said he'd get back to me after talking with his salesmen back at Best Buy but never did. I called him and left several messages then a Best Buy salesman sent me a quote for over $6,000.00 worth of items - WAY more than what Victor had discussed with me. I called Victor several more times to get an explaination - he never answered so I left several messages which he finally answered (with a very short text showing he obviously didn't want to talk to me) after I said that apparently he didn't want my business and would be going elsewhere. So I will be going elsewhere from now on!

Horrible experience trying to schedule service!

Unfortunately, my tv that was connected to the same receiver stopped working. I didn't check it when the agent was here. Later on, when I contacted Best Buy Total Tech to schedule and appointment, I had the worst possible experience! The manager confirmed that I need to wait for a week before someone can do the troubleshooting! That is simply unacceptable.

Very disappointing to pay for that much money and nothing really happened. Complaining he is not allowed to touch item just frustrating.

I asked him if there were notes explaining that the Ring Doorbell had been offline since September 21 and he was coming to repair it. He explained that he was the wrong person for the job and someone else should have been dispatched. He said he would discuss it with the Mays Landing Store Manager and he would get back to me by 2PM. He did not call me back. No one else called me back to resolve the issue. I spent several hours being transferred to different reps and sometimes being disconnected. Extremely unsatisfactory service.

According to repair technician, the audio on Soundbar & Oled tv were set wrong and, 2. When we called the Geek Squad help desk to find out if the Soundbar was compatible with the Samsung Oled tv, we were transferred to four different individuals with the fourth person telling us in broken English that the only way to find out would be to send a technician even though both tv and Soundbar were Samsung. We finally ignored her response and called Best Buy for a local technician to troubleshoot our home entertainment system.

Trouble shoot

A week later Best Buy called to rescheduled the appointment because they say it was incomplete. Plus I pay a yearly fee to get service which I didn’t get. Not va happy camper to say the least,

I wasn't impressed with the team. I wouldn't recommend based on this experience. A past experience was very good.

The people that came did basically zero to fix the problem, charged me $100 prior and left me with the same issue I called them to fix!

Geek squad Projector Screen installation

I have called to complain and seek for repair but was told it needs to be replaced. I was asked to go to the local store (Mansfield, TX) to have it reordered. When i got there, i was told that same product is out of stock and that i will have to wait till the manufacturer have it available. So i am stock with the damaged product. So i am just really angry and upset because i do not see the need of having the geek package if the people you guys send don't know the job

Posted .Remote controls are such a great asset to have to help manage your devices. Of course, they aren't so great if you have troubles getting them to work! Failed again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.despite going to store to speak with manager, as Best Buy has made it impossible to call the store, the agents that they sent TWO TIMES NOW, agreed that the were not qualified to preform the repair. I also went to the store a second time to make sure that the notes in the account visit specifically educated in advance what was required. I also asked the service person who came to my house the second time to have the MANAGER call me so we can get on the same page. No response, no new appointment

Geek Squad did not do homework

I called back and said it was my Xbox, I said it wasn’t. I called Xbox went through and it went back to tv. I have to correct any time I want to play in 120mh. So I wasted money and geek squad dude was wrong. I wish people would listen to your complaint and don’t assume, I did the research that the geek squad should have done.
