    It took two trips to make an appointment. Finally set up and paid fee. As I waited at home on my vacation day, no one showed. I called and was told that appt. Had been unscheduled with no reason given.

    Couldn't understand Indian accent and troubleshooting led to complete rebooting. Leo came and fixed most of the mess but took so long because of all updates were erased and had to return to complete . Computer now works fine

    Technician initially blamed cable and even once proven it was the TV that was defective he blamed cable. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Fortunately, the next technicians agreed the TV was not working properly, however the replacement panel was damaged and had to be reordered. It’s been more than a month and the TV is still not repaired and I am paying for cable of which U can’t take advantage. Shameful.

    unable to Sync Sony TV with Denon receiver

    I purchased a new Sony 62 inch tv and installed it myself. I was not ale to sync the audio with my Denon receiver so had to do it manually every time I turned on the tv. The technician reviweded all Sony prompts and was also not able to resolvve the issue. He indicatged that another technician may be ale to help me but instead of scheduling someone else, he old me to call and reschedule. I instead called another service and was able to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my home service agreement for htis reason.

    I am giving up after 3 tries to schedule a service call. I am trying to resolve an office networking issue with getting 2 computers to connect. I visited my local Best Buy to see if it something that the service plan would cover and I was told it was, so I scheduled a service call after purchasing Total Tech support. Wrong tech scheduled, said was home theater and not computers so couldn't do. Understandable, scheduling mistakes are made. Rescheduled. Waited until 11:45am on day for 8-12 window and called to see what was wrong. Told was double booked, then tried to call but couldn't reach me, so had to reschedule. Went back to store and nice manager rescheduled and made sure was right person. Finally showed and in 5 minutes said he doesn't touch computers, only sets up wireless network and password and I was sold wrong thing. Two months later, still no fix.

    Never resolved my issue, my wifi router still does not work, and I have not heard anything about getting it fixed since the visit.

    Unfortunately the problem with my tv is not resolved. The tv still cuts out while watching and geek squad thought they found the problem. So the tv is still not fixed

    No solution for syncing Sonos Arc and Sony BraviaO

    The techs were to troubleshoot the sync of my Sonos arc surround and and Sony Bravia oled tv, external speakers are unavailable and defaults to tv speakers, I have to unplug Sonos , turn tv off and then replug in Sonos and turn tv back on to use external Sonos speakers. Techs said they hadn’t seen this problem before and did not have a solution, they said they would check with other techs to see if anyone else had seen this problem and get back with me, still have not heard back and I have no solution, I am extremely disappointed

    The programming and the functionality of the universal remote is that there are some functions are working and some are not. Overall rating is that the geek squad service is not satisfactory. This is the first time that I called for geek squad service that I am not satisfied.

    Can't/Won't fix problem

    I have had the Geek Squad to my house two different times to address a problem with my MartinLogan subwoofer. This wireless subwoofer will power on sporadically and sometimes will never come on. I have made numerous phone calls and have had two different technicians evaluate the situation but the problem has not been eliminated. I have been promised a new subwoofer and/or having the subwoofer taken off wireless and hard wired. Two times the technicians did not have the necessary wire to hard wire the subwoofer and/or did not have a new subwoofer as promised. This situation has been going on for three months (since installation in January) with no satisfactory solution. I am very pleased with the Sonos system installed in my great room but my MartinLogan theater system is a total disappointment as is the service from the Geek Squad!

    GC unable to guide BT install

    GS rep was unable to guide me through connecting BT earphones to my new Samsung TV. Appointment was made for at home visit. After spending another hour I was able to connect it myself. Appointment was cancelled

    Gave my sister my old TV for Christmas and had it mounted. After about 2 weeks in her house it failed. Based on what she told me, it sounded like the main board. I live a few hours away so I scheduled an appointment to have it repaired as it is an Oled C7 and worth at least running a diagnostic on. On the day of the appointment, I get a call from the GS rep telling me that it was the panel and cost prohibitive to replace. Totally understand. Call my sister and find out a rep never came out but rather diagnosed the issue over the phone. I drive the few hours to her house and take it to a local repair shop. The tech spends about 30 minutes with it and determines that it was the main board. He ordered in the part, replaced it, and then set it back up at my sister's. Very let down.

    With multiple problems and spending tens of thousands of dollars with you problems do finally get fixed but that’s not without hours and hours of talking with somebody on the phone or and driving a half hour each time to your store absolutely horrible customer service.

    The Squad came to check my sound bar which stop working! He pick it up, set it down, got on his phone and said your sound function is going out! He didn’t check the connections or do anything else! When he left I decided to unplug it and just use the TV sounds. It didn’t change a thing so I plugged it back in and lo and behold, it works. He had told me I needed a new sound bar. $129 for nothing. I feel like I got ripped off!

    The tech really didn't accomplish anything. He did make a reccomendation to purchase an additional piece of equipment.In other words couldn't really do anything about the problem.But thanks for stopping by.

    Pretty bad service. It’s Ben over 45 days and still the issue is not resolved. It’s definitely not worth being a total tech member as the technicians are pretty bad and all they want to do is for customers to buy new ones instead of repairing the old one. The technician canceled First appointment saying he is sick and came after 30 days only to say that they have the wrong part. It’s has been almost a week since then, nobody has called to reschedule with the right part. Never buy totaltech membership. It’s total waste
