    The technician stated she would call back and never did. In addition, the original appointment was scheduled and the Geek Squad technician was trying to charge me when I told them I had Total Tech. The reps/cust svc was also unaware how to troubleshoot/navigate my request. I had already purchased a soundbar and subwoofer and it was failing connection with the TV and tried to sell me on something else. My issue is still not fixed

    THE UNIT STILL IS INOPERATIVE

    The agent went and checked the unit only to find it was assembled and install correctly. He toggled the on/off buttons on both the receiver and the amphlifier . He got it to work and it did for two or three times and hasn't worked since. I am very disappointed.

    Bad service- rude Maple grove Geek squad staff

    My service was cancelled several times. Agent lundeen called and said he will call me back as he was not provided right work order. A manager was supposed to call me back- intial home theater had issues and I have been dealing with this for months. Very sad how you treat customer- all I want is my issue to be resolved and geek squad complete the work they got payment for.

    When I was at the Saginaw store making my appointment. It too the two sales persons a half hour to make it. They did not know how to do it. A first they told me my cost would be $50.00. Then they said it would be $25.00. By the time they was done it went up to $100.00. The service agent Evan was here for 15 minutes. All he had to do was reprogram the remote. When I was making the appointment I told them that is what I thought had to be done and that is when I was told the cost would be $25.00. On my way out of the store I told what I thought was a manager what had happened and he said he would look into it. He had watched the two salesman having the problem. I think his name is Randy ,not sure of the name.

    Very disappointed in customer service coming out just to troubleshoot, which I already did on the phone with customer service. Then had the nerver to try and charge me to reconnect the home system because the speaker keeps going out. They claim I need a new TV. WOW really I believe they should've stated this up front before they connect the home theater system up. This way i could've returned the system with no problem.

    Hi, I had a guy come out,he looked at the TV and went through the needed check offs to determine what was wrong. He said that he would get back to me that afternoon with a price to come and replace the needed parts. I have not heard back from him. That was Saturday November 30th. Pretty disappointed with the no follow through.

    Had an issue connecting Sonos speakers to the Internet. Tech had no clue. Had to pay anyway.

    Not trained in TV antenna, go somewhere else.

    I bought an Clearview Antenna and I installed on the roof exactly where the last one was working for ten years. It would not work on all 4 TV like the one before. The tech they sent, I waited ten day, had no training or knowledge of Antenna hookups. It was not fixed and I can not return it

    They did not call one day in advance as described during the order. I called to follow up the morning of appointment to make sure they were coming and was assured they would be here. Waited 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, no call or visit happened. The call center sounded foreign and I found out they cancelled the appt. I did get my money returned after going to the store.

    Three major (i.e., expensive) projects — all based on recommendations from BestBuy / Geek Squad, beginning 88 - 10 months ago — remain incomplete. Without doubt, the WORST demonstrations of incompetent, uncaring, uncoordinated non-action by individually sensible staff members who failed to report accurate non-results. Then, to top it all off, unexplained / unexplainable charges, including those incurred by the faults of BB/GS colleagues.

    Geek Squad Techs are great, the process is garbage

    The Tech / Geek Squad individuals have been great but the process sucks. You get a 7 am to 7 pm window until the day of then you find out what time you need to be off work to be home. They send a Tech to review the situation, another Tech to confirm what the first one already knew, which is that your stuff is broke, then another to actually fix it. Well maybe they'll fix it. Not sure, they haven't come yet. It is just a garbage process.

    Because you stole my money! The person who came out was more infested in selling me a contract on the spot so I would install a new projector. Now that I want to get exactly what it was that was wrong with my projector because the day he came he didn’t give to me in writing, I now can’t get him to answer his phone. I wish nothing more ti have NEVER purchased anything from Best But or Geek Squad. All of you are THIEVES!!!!!!!!

    Agent sent me a rude text before arriving, refused to comply with a request from building security, and insisted that I pay his parking expenses. I did not let him in my home and fixed the issues myself. Remarkable difference from my experiences with Geek Squad and Magnolia personnel last year. I only gave 1 star because a 0 star rating isn’t accepted.

    Still an issue it has been the third time someone will be able to fix the screen which is 120 inch projector screen that has wrinkles in it

    He explained fixes poorly, he appeared to be in a hurry to leave. It was difficult to understand him talked fast. I asked to repeat instructions then he was irritated. When I asked him to check the office non smart tv and the downstairs tv he rudely said I can spend only an hour here. I believe time here was less than an hour here. Do not send him here again.

    You Were A No Show! We were not notified you would have to reschedule until we had waited 4 1/2 hours . We have explained the reason for the home visit over and over but you still have it wrong.
