    Communicated the issue during my initial call and requested to put notes with the order, technician came out and performed the same trouble shoot the last 2 technicians determined; Took off work to wait all day and then the technician advised without any effort to fix the same issue of the last 2 tech's

    This appointment was made in August 2024 and charged me January 3, 2025. Never entered my home and never performed any review or troubleshooting. Complete fraud!!

    The agent couldn’t pair my logitech remote with my fire stick. Best Buy sold and installed them originally. Why couldn’t the next guy repair it

    Outcome took way to long. Did not receive return calls promptly. Had to drive to store to drop off projector that geek squad took down, what a joke they could have taken the unit with them . Overall it has worked out but the headaches out did the reward.

    The agent who came to our home told us that the processing board was not working properly and the TV would need to be replaced. We was told that we would be sent an RA number but have not received any communication. When I called back we are now told that the agent didn’t put any notes in the system and kjust marked it as complete. We are not happy as our TV is still not working

    They came out to fix my Alexa, but right after they left, we discovered it was not fixed. I tried to call them as they were driving down our street, but no one answered. I called the store and they said I would have to make another appointment. I unplugged Alexa and I’m going to see it in a yard sale. I would recommend them, but in this case, they didn’t help at all.

    The trouble shooting went. Tech ordered the part needed to fix the problem, I received the part, texted the tech as instructed and said he was overbooked and would not be able to do the repair. dead silence since then with two additional contacts since then. This part of your System is broken. Your answer will be that we are short of staff. This is a new washer. Want it back?

    I have been waiting 3 weeks to have the Geek squad come help me and I have another week to wait. This is not what I’d call good service.

    Still unable to use my voice command. Greek people came in and did everything but not what we really wanted . Maybe if he would have not talk so much he could have got the job done right.

    Very difficult to get to speak to a live person. Made contact with 6 agents. All were given remote access. All were unable identify why my computer turns itself on. Each did some changing and stated that they thought the problem was fixed. None of the agents followed up to find out the problem remains. I got disconnected from one agent, who had just confirmed my phone number, and he never called me back. It appears that these people from another time zone are not qualified and do not have the courtesy to offer a course of action to fix the problem.

    I’ve contacted customer service over the phone and in the store and can’t get anyone to help! I’ve spent over $3000 on camera and stereo equipment that doesn’t work properly! I’ve asked to speak with someone in corporate outside of the store and can’t get anyone to give me a call back!! Clearly no one in this company cares about the customer. Customer service is atrocious!!

    Mounting was fine - system did not work properly and up on notifying Best Buy, was told it would be no sooner than Thursday 1/14/21 before Someone could get out to make it work.

    The service man have been to the house 4 times the Arlington crew Sean Finney never returned our calls I had to hire an electrician the IT staff blame solar power refuse to replace panel. I usually love Best Buy Arlo IT STAFF needs work

    Very disappointed in the quality of Geek Squad Service! Had we known this, we would not have purchased the Total Tech plan. Despite two visits to our home, the technician was unable to complete the installation. He was a no-show for a third visit with no word as to why. On Thursday August 6, we spoke to a Customer Service Rep who expedited our install for Monday August 10. Today, August 8, we received a text message and e-mail saying that we had no appointment scheduled. We deserve better! This has been going on since June 30.
