    Unable to fix problem. Missed multiple apt.

    First guy could not fix the problem. Automated system tried to get me to call and wait on hold 20 minutes to reschedule. Received an automated message of a second apt on a date not discussed with rep previously. Called that morning to confirm and confirmed they would be at my house between 10am and 1pm. They never showed up, called.... Multiple hours spent trying to deal with this chaos with no resolution.

    could not help over phone and offered me an in home service on 6/29 1st available. I've decided that the poor service I have received in store and now this lack of in home service, means It would be foolish of me to renew Total Tech

    Called for a repair of a sagging soundbar. They sent someone who could only "diagnose" but not repair. The soundbar sagging off the bottom of my TIV did not need to be diagnosed. It needed to be repaired. They then told me that they would schedule a repair person to come out. Waited and called. Nothing scheduled and no notes. Matter was marked "complete" in the system. Very frustrating.

    Would give zero stars if I could—waited well past the window given before calling customer service only to have them say tech wasn’t coming? Later got a text that he would be there around 2:00 (originally scheduled by 11:30) but we had already left the house because we had things to do…

    Home Theater Issue

    The tech came to our house to troubleshoot our issue and was not able to fix our problem. He was supposed to check on some things and get back to us and he never did. So we paid $129 and truly got no service or answer to our problem.

    The issue was never resolved. Call was transferred to Varua K. the call dropped. He didn't call me back and proceeded to destroy my computer and make it so I couldn't even access the area I needed help with. He made the shortcut unusable. Never will I ever trust the online service again.

    I spent a fortune on magnolia services and that service seems to have gone away. Our networks that Magnolia set up weren’t working which in turn meant the tvs weren’t working. No one st tech support had heard of Magnolia. They offered an appt a week out. Totally unacceptable

    Crummy so -called 'Total' member service

    Paid for Total Membership and they couldn't install my new TV on the wall bracket. Something about FINE print saying they can't drill into plaster walls.? What good are they? Very disappointing. I had to get someone in to install the bracket.

    Geek squad visited for thermostat/camera proposal

    Geek squad came after weeks of trying to get them here. They surveyed home to develop proposal for security cameras and a Nest thermostat install. Nearly 3 weeks later and no follow-up, despite my follow-up calls and texts to Geek Squad Agent. Service = ZERO.

    The wrong team was sent!!! I set aside an entire afternoon 12-8pm to have the Geek Squad help with the entertainment system that had been installed . Two men arrived and immediately told me they had been sent to install appliances! When I called to get it right I was told that I had to wait another 2 weeks and set aside another 8 hrs for someone to come…AWFUL

    Very poor customer service. After 3 attempts not one technician brought their own tools and they had to use mine. Plus, the last technician says he has to have a second person because the new sound bar is bigger. I would not recommend Geek Squad unless they improve their customer service.

    Very poor support overall. Geek Squad that came to my home were unable to figure out what to do. They got me connected with Magnolia but other than speaking with a person by the name of Leonard, I've heard nothing, and my problem still exists.

    Canceled order and TV! Coming between 7 and 11:00. Called store 5 timesBeat Buy in Fargo. Also called 888 number. No response only record message on the way starting at 12:30 !installer followed be a bit late. Waited till 4:30 no one showed! Took day from work and had to leave. Showed up shortly after 4:30. Canceled order. Please take amount off my bill.

    I am still having problems with my camera. It is not picking up on 1 camera and this is an important camera. I do not want this person to mess with my camera anymore' I would like for the original installer to come back and correct this problem. I did have this problem before and I don't know what he did, but I am not happy with his result. Please send someone to correct this problem.

    This has been the absolute worst experience in my life, after spending over $10,000 on a home theater system and TV to enjoy, I have never for the entire last year had a good week without the system acting up. Best buy should not even offer service if it cannot provide it. I am totally 1000% discontent and would burn the system I have if I could.
