Geek squad difficult to deal with

We called him the following day to see what happened and we set up another date/time. He arrived late and could not fix our problem. After approximately half an hour he said we needed to buy a new sound bar. After another half it started working. He turned around and walked out. He was also very condescending.

Call center needs help!!!

I spent almost 4 hours on hold and retelling my issue to each representative. I started about 10:30 AM and finally after 6:00 PM. I spoke to DANIEL PINTO. He listened and was able to set up 2 appointments for me.

Outdated Loyalty program

It's deplorable to take all the points I've worked hard to earn over the months and years I've solely purchased from Best Buy and not allow a committed customer to use them after 60 days! If you want great customer support, you should allow at least 4 months to use the points!

Poor customer service from Geek Squad.

I called the agents twice, I spoke with Tyler, one of the managers of the Geek squad. He assured me the agents would respond, to this date, I have not received a response.

Unfortunately, I am still no closer to using the system than when I began. It seems no one knows how to fix it or is unwilling to put in the time to investigate.

Security lights installation.

Not happy with total tech

There was no followup. When I scheduled the service I said send someone who can configure a sonas control. They didnt know sonas. I just called Geek Squad to see what happened. Again, nothing happened.

Where’s my remote?

Hooked them up to discover the TV remote was not compatible with the Ray. Geek Squad came out and couldn’t get it to work, but said they would send me a compatible remote. That was six weeks ago……

Total Tech lack of any follow-up!

Emailed, phoned and visited the store and still nothing. Will be dropping my Total Tech (for the 2nd time) at the end of the month. Customer service should be a priority!

I needed the tech to troubleshoot my theater syst

I had to call again to get a tech person here for what my problem was. The problem was never solved. I tried to take of this problem for about three weeks. The problem was never fixed.

They also don’t change bulbs in projectors which is one of the reasons I had them come in the first place. The customer service person advised they could do that service.

Still having issues

I was having issues with my theater system which I purchased at Best Buy and was installed by the geek squad. ($10,000). My complaint is the system is still not working. I am having ongoing problems with my audio and external speakers and am frustrated that I spent extra money for a top receiver television and speakers only to get less quality than I had with my $1500 system.

A few questions on the front end would probably have determined that the problem was the board and repair was not an option.

GEEK SQUAD INSTALL

IN ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER INSTALLATION THE EQUIPMENT QUIT WORKING I CALLED THE TECH, HE SAID HE WAS ALREADY OUT OF TOWN, HE TRIED TO TELL WHAT I COULD DO, IT DIDN'T HELP
