    The idea of using Geek Squad was to fine tune my sound system, decide which course of system is best to follow. Then to program my "clickers" and most importantly to explain to me how to use the system once he had left, the TV shut down and re-started again. That did not happen as it is back to the way before the tech came out.

    They were here like 5 minutes and left in a hurry. They even didn't connect all the parts I found out days after they left.

    The technician called in sick on the day of the appointment. It was suggested to me that I reschedule for the following week and I agreed. I was supposed to be contacted regarding this appointment but was never contacted. No service has been provided to me.

    Troubleshooting call for nonworking speakers. Was advise what equipment might be failing but tech had no solution on hand to fix or suggest.

    Tech told us "no one is using universal remotes" & would not set up the device. We had the feeling that he had no idea on how to do so. Our sound bar's volume changes on its own and our rear speakers are not working. Disappointed with this service UNLIKE past service we have received from Geek Squad

    The offer to get you in sounds great , the service is horrible . Total Tech customer , should be Total Tech Fool. Sign in then changes are made after the fact. Sad!!!!!!!!!! Bought a TV and Sound Bar and they don’t stay connected. Top dollar low quality . SAD!!!!!!!

    I had requested service for two different occasions. None of the technicians could fix the problem and they recommended to but new product. Useless service

    Didn't resolve my issue and gave me the run around. Now I have to take it in to be shipped out, which meant having someone scheduled (which they asked to do) was a complete waste.

    I explained when i called that I needed help with a wired intercom music home system. When the technician arrived, she said they don't work on these types of systems.

    I got an automated alert the day before of when the tech would be here. He never showed. I had to call to find out it was to be rescheduled. No heads up. No contact. Terrible service. We will see if they show up tomorrow…..the rescheduled date.

    Came to my house on time, and seemed knowledgeable. Needed the sound on my TV fixed as it was not working. Told me it was the DISH box - that I needed a new one. Had DISH come out, they installed a new one, but the DISH rep said it was the sound bar that needed replaced as there was nothing wrong with the DISH box( verified as replacing it did not fix the problem). $100 down the drain...

    Home theater projector never repaired

    Home theater projector never fixed; I called repeatedly and was told they would schedule someone to come dismount & send for service. This has not been scheduled & unit was never fixed. They do not seem capable of handling actual repairs. Will very likely need to go elsewhere.

    ordered refrigerator mid-Jan partially based on scheduled delivery date of Feb 10th. After several delays, it is now "estimated" for mid-april. Of course they were happy to take my payment in full back in Jan.

    3 service calls installation was great 2 nd call Trouble shoot voice and picture didn’t match. He did nothing Because the Best Buy clerk did not write the other correctly 3 rd call he couldn’t resolve the problem After going to the Dedham store 8 times and the woman manager from the home theatre dept was rude and opiniated and didn’t listen and now I have bestbuy ptsd from her and my unresolved set up issues

    The tech was on time but could not get the set up info to show on the tv. He then manually set up the system and it worked. The next time I used the theater system it was back to the original problem. I called him on his cell but he never returned the call. I am frustrated and disappointed and feel like I wasted $99. I think Best Buy Geek service owes me another visit.

    They did not have the mount at the stores in Baton Rouge. The person calling me was named MATT. He said he would be back on Thursday the 28th, so am I canceled on my order or what?
