    Didn't resolve my issue and gave me the run around. Now I have to take it in to be shipped out, which meant having someone scheduled (which they asked to do) was a complete waste.

    Could not setup a smart tv to get YouTube tv without fire stick. 2 different geek squad could not fix. One advised to get new modem from internet company……didn’t fix the problem. We have up an use fire stick with a smart tv….so. Description says. Bad experience.

    Both techs that came out were unable to troubleshoot the issue. We troubleshooted ourselves and finally found out after several hours/days that it was the Sonos beam that had been recalled. Why do we pay for troubleshooting service when it is not effective?

    I never scheduled an appointment and someone showed up at my house and said I had ordered an installation of a ring doorbell. I had a doorbell installed many many months ago. There was never an appointment made for this date. When I called on the phone they said I had scheduled it. I called the police on the technician to make sure he was really from your store but would not allow him to come in

    Total tech Rep needs to know what services they do

    I explained when i called that I needed help with a wired intercom music home system. When the technician arrived, she said they don't work on these types of systems.

    I signed up for service for my tv for $106.49. I thought that after talking to the geek squad that they would come out to the house and diagnose and repair the TV. After coming out to the house and plugging the TV in and trying to turn it on he told me that they cant repair it. WOW, what was the point of that? I spent $106 for nothing! I took the TV to SUREFIXTECH on Colonial and they fixed it.

    They did not have the mount at the stores in Baton Rouge. The person calling me was named MATT. He said he would be back on Thursday the 28th, so am I canceled on my order or what?

    Didnt show with the part they saidv hey were coming on the 2nd visit to check abd replacd and gave a completely different narrative on what was wrong without eveb inspecting. Now its been over a month and still no solid repair or direction.

    Not Able to Turn Off TV and Devices

    i am not able to turn off my TV and the devices connected. We should test turn on and turn off the system before leaving m home. I have a case ID296578508. If someone can call me today and have a tech come to my home today. I repeat, I am not able to turn off my TV and devices.

    Had to cancel this service. Every time the automated system reminded me of the appointment, the time changed. It ranged from 7:30am to 8:30 pm -included times when the entry to the building where the TV is located is locked. No way to plan or have input regarding scheduling of this service call.

    Pretty mad now actually. It's been almost a month since geek squad took down my TV, breaking it in the process, and its it took them 2 weeks just to get the part to fix it! BUT the day the part comes in, its dropped and shattered. So yea, pretty fed up with their service. This whole process has taken WAY to long to be resolved. Sadly it won't let me give zero stars.

    Agent did not solve the problem. I contacted the company and within minutes was able to resolve the problem. I subsequently contacted the technician who was not successful to let him know how to proceed if ever faced with the same issue.

    The agent was nice but my problem was not fixed. Now I have large blue ethernet wire running through my home for what was originally a wireless setup. they even made me pay for the wire! Hot mess!!!

    Our cameras are not working. I have called the tech 4 times with no returned phone call. We have a new appointment his week. I’m sure it’s the batteries but we can’t get anyone to order them to have them here when the tech comes. Your system is very frustrating.
